Emeritus Celebration

On June 10, 2018 the Milwaukee-Wauwatosa Congregation celebrated the granting of Priesthood Emeritus status to Judy Taylor. Judy has been a Priest since December 1988. Seventy Gary Elrod presented a certificate of appreciation from the Mission Center. Congregation members recognized how much she showed her caring for them and her consistent willingness to serve the Lord and her church family. People shared stories about Judy’s ministry. Some of the stories about youth camp and kitchen experiences brought many laughs. While Judy will no longer have a formal obligation to participate in ministerial functions, she has made it clear that she will serve as health permits and we are all so grateful to hear that from her!
